The 7th edition of Papaya Young Directors is still going on with young creators working hard on their filmsets. In the meantime, we prepared something very special for you!
Papaya Young Directors is a one-of-a-kind initiative, that connects brands with the most creative talents of the young generation.
It all started with the competition, where young filmmakers take the briefs and they turn them into a unique and authentic content.
They receive budget from us, contacts and professional assistance, as well as a promise that we will not lecture them on the "right way" to create.
But PYD is not only a competition anymore. Answering a need we identified, we built a multidimensional initiative, focused on education, inspiration and searching the unconventional way of communication towards the youth.
Now, next to organising the biggest of such competitions in Europe, we built a strong
editorial base, we produce our own
educational video-content, present a series of podcasts and host
numerous workshops around the continent.
